Profile

Texel was founded in 1990. as a company according to law which was applicable at the time. In 1995. company is adjusted according to the new Companies Act as a limited liability company.

 

Our business activities are focused on fulfilling al legal obligations related to accounting, on the improvement of the economic processes and on providing trusted informations to the management in order to enable them for timely decision making.

Texel is company focused on:

  • facilitate customers to fulfill all obligations relating to the accounting, tax calculation and filing of tax reports,
  • optimizing balance sheets with minimizing tax risks,
  • improvement of the economic processes and providing trusted informations to the management in order to enable them for timely decision making
  • providing support to international corporations which establish operations in the Republic of Croatia (setting display business, taxes, transfer pricing, etc.)
  • assistance and consulting in tax disputes,
  • providing support to clients in the segment of corporate security,
  • providing support to clients in their implementation of ISO standards
  • providing support to clients at finding solutions for funding investments via EU funds, banks and other financial institutions

Our team

Texel d.o.o. currently employs 20 workers. Education of our team is constantly being carried out by attending seminars and specialized business schools.

In our business processes Texel has implemented the ISO 9001: 2008 (quality mengment system) which confirm certificate issued from audit firm Lloyds Ltd., and standard 14001: 2005 which confirm certificate issued from audit firm Globas.
